Real economy is the foundation of a country's economy and the fundamental source of wealth creation.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Chinese government has put the revitalization of the real economy in a more prominent position,issued a series of favorable policies,led by state-owned enterprises,and guided enterprises to vigorously develop the real economy.In this context,a large number of real economy enterprises are springing up,but with it comes more fierce industry competition.Enterprises want to keep invincible in such fierce competition.From the perspective of internal management,it is necessary to constantly improve and optimize the performance management system,to maximize the role of employees,to greatly improve the overall management and operation level of enterprises,and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.The research object of this paper is DM company performance management.The company is a state-owned holding mixed ownership enterprise established in 2012,mainly engaged in the manufacturing industry of auto parts.With the continuous growth in recent years,although the benefits have been greatly improved,there are still many problems in the overall performance management.At present,there are many problems in the performance management of some senior managers,especially the current company.For example,the top management of the company does not know enough about the importance of the performance management of the enterprise;the performance evaluation indicators are rigid and inflexible when they are formulated,which cannot be well accepted with the company's strategy;the indicators of the employees in administrative posts are mostly qualitative indicators and not quantitative;the evaluation is not fair and equitable;the evaluation feedback is not accurate and timely;the rewards for the employees with excellent performance are not sufficient,and so on.This makes DM company's performance management can not play its due role,which directly affects the enterprise's benefit and future development.In this paper,with the help of advanced performance management research at home and abroad,the existing performance management of DM company will be studied and analyzed.Combined with the development of mixed ownership real economy enterprises,the performance management of DM company will be optimized.First of all,define the company's strategic objectives according to the company's development plan,extract key indicators,and ensure that the assessment indicators and the company's strategy are well received;in addition,plan and manage the key indicators of employees,and connect the company's strategy with these indicators,so that employees can better take action according to the objectives,and the company can flexibly propose response to each other according to the business situation and external environment Finally,according to the process of performance management,the performance management mechanism is formulated,and more measures are put forward to make the company's senior management pay more attention to performance management,let the corporate culture make contribution to the high-performance company,and use various guarantee measures such as training incentive,communication and understanding to gradually optimize the company's overall performance management and serve the company's future development.In this paper,literature analysis,questionnaire and interview are used in the research of DM company's performance management,in-depth research on DM company's performance management is carried out,and optimization scheme is proposed,and a set of performance management suitable for DM company's employees and the whole management level is designed,which is of great significance to DM company's stable and healthy development,and similar mixture is also expected The performance management of the real economy enterprises of ownership provides some references.
