Along with the economic globalization and the advent of the information age,the world enterprises are facing increasingly fierce domestic and international competition in the market,in order to improve their competition ability and adaptability,many enterprises are exploring to enhance productivity and improve organizational performance in an effective way,our country enterprise also inevitably suffer the baptism of the market economy.In internationalization and quietly convergence at the same time,all kinds of modem management theory emerge in an endless stream,such as core competence,organizational learning,team building,the Drucker goal management and other management tools and methods,has become China's enterprises imitation and learning model,hired well-known consulting company to the enterprise" sick to see a doctor,no care",and more become a fashion.But now it seems that these modern management tools and methods for the development of our country's enterprises plays an important role in far did not reach the expected goal.Investigate its reason,besides from domestic enterprises actual situation so that the advanced management activities become a mere formality,copy according to set,mechanical use of related management methods also enable enterprises in operation time.China State Grid Corp to deepen an enterprise to reform pace further,in the enterprise most the basic level organization and management system,the majority of city power supply enterprises have to realize the importance of performance management in enterprise management role.However,with this or another phenomenon is most of the staff of the performance management,especially the existence of system of assessment of resentment or distrust,think performance management is not possible as foreign-funded enterprises as the central enterprises to implement open,fair.Therefore,how to further improve the performance management of comprehensive and in-depth understanding,objective analysis and summary of enterprise management the problem that the job exists,put forward effective solutions,enterprise management has become a pressing matter of the moment in the work.Based on the performance management process and methods of research,combined with the Xi'an Power Supply Bureau Development Present Situation and the operation of the law,to Xi'an Power Supply Bureau performance appraisal system at present,some common problems are discussed,and put forward the targeted and workable solutions,designed to promote Xi'an Electric Power Supply Bureau performance management level play a role.
