Study On The Competitiveness Evaluation Of Chinese International Engineering Contracting Enterprises

Global engineering contracting market is huge,it provides opportunities for project contracting enterprise to the international market,at the same time,the Chinese government actively encourage engineering contracting enterprises "going out",through the large enterprise groups to "go out" to implement the national strategy of "going out",but with the development of international project contracting industry transformation,the competition in international project contracting market is more intense.At first,this paper studies the current situation and development trend of the development of international project contracting market,then using the SWOT analytic method to research the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of Chinese international engineering contractors in the international competition,and according to the overall performance of contractors in the international market,to establish three-dimensional cobweb model to study the overall level of China's international engineering contractor competitiveness.Secondly,according to the performance of contractors in the international market at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the influence factors of the international project contracting enterprises competitiveness from two aspects,the enterprise external environment and enterprise own ability.At the same time,by researching the relationship between competitiveness and enterprise own ability,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of competitive power from two aspects of competitive results and operating ability of contractors,and constructs the double AHP link model to evaluate the competitive power of international engineering contractors.Finally,this paper takes the leading international engineering contracting enterprise,Spanish ACS group,as the benchmark,the paper compares and analyzes the international competitiveness level of China communications construction group by using the double AHP link model,and compares the influence factors of the competitiveness of international engineering contracting enterprises by using the model.The results show that China communications construction group has a strong competitiveness,but there is still a gap between it and the world's top engineering contractors,and it still needs to strengthen its financing ability,advanced project management,response speed to deal with risks and other aspects.According to the research results,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness of China's international engineering contracting enterprises from the two levels of government and enterprises.In this paper researches on the Chinese international engineering contracting enterprise competitiveness,on the one hand,it contributes to the China international contractors more clearly to understand their competitive situation.On the other hand,targeted suggestions are put forward so that contractors can timely adjust themselves in the complex and changeable international engineering contracting market,improve their competitiveness,and enhance the overall competition level of China's international engineering contracting industry through the improvement of the competitiveness of international engineering contracting enterprises.
