Application Research On Production Planning And Control Of Heavy Equipment Based On Project Manufacturing

Heavy equipment is a typical customized product with large investment,complex structure,long production cycle and low repeatability.The manufacturing process of heavy equipment is complicated,which is composed of a series of production processes of project life cycle,such as project quotation,product design and manufacturing.Ensuring timely delivery of products is always the difficulty and focus of heavy manufacturing enterprises.Project manufacturing is a complex and unique production type that applies project management methods to manufacturing industry.Therefore,it is of practical significance to adopt the project manufacturing theory to meet the customized requirements of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises and control management system of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises.This paper analyzes the status quo of production planning and control of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises in China and puts forward corresponding demands,and establishes the production planning and control system of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises by using the project manufacturing theory.This paper proposes the production plan of heavy equipment based on key chain,identifies the critical path of the project production plan,USES the method of sequence couple optimization to resolve the problem of resource conflict in the production process,and USES the method of eliminating safety time to set the appropriate buffer zone to the production plan to prevent the project delay.We set up the heavy equipment enterprise production planning and control system model is applied to some heavy equipment production enterprise,the use of project software equipment production plans,comparison of results before and after get resources conflict resolution,can well solve the heavy equipment enterprise production planning and control problems,instant milestones and deliverables,solve the problem of project tardiness,promotion project collection and project manufacturing theory method for heavy equipment manufacturing enterprise management provides a new Angle of view and method,also play a role as a reference to other enterprises.
