With the continuous development of society and service consciousness,calls for public service charge realizing network and intelligent are higher and higher.Integrating residential electricity meter,water meter,gas meter and heat meter into one,realizing remote and centralized meter reading of four tables,forming intelligent management of families,improving the management level of meter reading industry,and reduce the labor intensity of meter reading have become the inevitable development direction of smart city construction.At present,the collection architecture of four meter unification system is relatively single in design,which cannot fully meet the use requirements of relevant units for the time being.The expansibility and compatibility of the four user-end acquisition subsystems of electricity,water,gas and heat industries need to be further improved.At the same time,there is no suitable method to evaluate the running status of the four meter unification system.This paper focuses on the architecture design and running status evaluation of the four meter unification system.This paper summarizes the research status of the integration of four meter unification system in China and abroad,points out the existing problems and the future development direction of the integration of four meter unification.Five functional and non-functional requirements including file management,joint meter reading,bill consolidating and releasing,joint charges and clearing are described in detail.On the basis of demand analysis,the system construction scheme and overall structure were proposed,and the safety architecture was designed for the first time in the relevant research of four meter unification project,which ensured the safety performance of the four meter unification system.In the construction process of Tianjin Quanyun Village four meter unification project,a complete project control method was proposed,and the practicability of the project was verified through the collection effect test.In this paper,a method of evaluating the running state of the four meter unification project is proposed.The important factors that affect the operation of the four meter unification system are selected to build an evaluation system.The analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for quantitative evaluation of the system.This method is adopted to evaluate the running status of the four meter unification project in Tianjin Quanyun Village,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation,which proves that this evaluation method provides scientific basis and practical guidance for the implementation and optimization of the four meter unification project.
