Given increasing competition pressure and changing customer requirements, more and more enterprises are making changes in management strategy by using agile manufacturing.Based on the analysis of dynamic alliance research status and existing issue, this article focuses on the partner selection of dynamic alliance from the actual demand of our country's manufacturing. In the final analysis, the partner selection of dynamic alliance is an optimized problem.In allusion to this problem, firstly three stages selection process model of partner selection is established. They are primary selection, single index assessment and combination assessment respectively.Then, mostly factors of partner selection of dynamic alliance are analyzing.And the confirming principles of partner selection assessment index system are given. Then the partner selection assessment index system are systematically established.The single index assessment is carries through based on establishing of index system, then the combination assessment of critical index is carries through.The respective characteristics of analytic hierarchy process and F-AHP method are analyzing.The ratio distribution of the indexes of the partner seletion is determined by the F-AHP method.Finally, the quantitative correlation optimization model of partner selection is established.Then partner seletion system based on elitist preserved genetic algorithm is exploited combining the characteristics of partner selection of dynamic alliance.And an example is given to conform the validity of elitist preserved genetic algorithm in solution of the partner selection.
