When the era of knowledge economy and innovation is coming,the University,as an irreplaceable social sector in the structure of knowledge economy,has a closer relationship with city.At present,most of the built university campuses in our country belong to the "unit compound" mode.They are only connected with urban roads through a few entrances and exits,and the entrances and exits become the key nodes of the connection between the campus and the city.In recent years,the number of motor vehicles has increased rapidly,and the travel mode of teachers and students has gradually become motorized.At the moment when the university campus frequently participates in social and economic activities,the university campus attracts and produces more and more traffic.The travel demand of the campus is increasing,and the entrance and exit have become the node of road traffic congestion,Shandong University Central Campus is one of the typical representative.In order to quantitatively evaluate the impact of entrances and exits on urban traffic,reduce the impact of campus on urban traffic,and provide convenient travel for teachers and students,this paper takes the central campus of Shandong University as an example.(1)Firstly,the paper interprets the evaluation methods,index system,optimization strategies and relevant standards and specifications of road traffic impact of building entrances and exits on surrounding cities at home and abroad,and summarizes the shortcomings of existing methods,which lays the foundation for this study.(2)The basic principle,general steps,application scope,advantages and disadvantages of matter-element analysis are deeply studied;On this basis,the cloud theory is introduced to build the cloud matter-element model of traffic impact analysis of campus entrances and exits on surrounding cities,which solves the problem that the matter-element analysis method can not take into account the fuzziness and randomness of the evaluation index;The membership calculation method in the cloud model is improved to improve the accuracy of the evaluation results.(3)With the help of big data and traditional traffic survey methods,this paper conducts a comprehensive survey of Shandong University and its surrounding areas.Based on the research results,the improved matter-element analysis method is applied to the study of the impact of the entrance and exit of Shandong University on urban road traffic,and the impact evaluation index system is enriched by means of big data,and a nonlinear model is constructed to delimit the impact levels of different indicators;Using MATLAB data analysis software to realize the calculation of cloud matterelement model,from the perspective of motor vehicles,non-motor vehicles and pedestrians,this paper reveals the influence of the two main entrances and exits of Shandong University on the road traffic of surrounding cities.(4)From the two dimensions of campus entrance space layout optimization and urban road traffic optimization,this paper puts forward comprehensive strategies to reduce the impact of Shandong University on the surrounding traffic from the aspects of entrance location and number,intersection,public traffic,slow traffic and traffic management;EMME macro traffic simulation software and VISSIM micro simulation method are used for simulation,and the optimization strategy is verified and improved.
