After nearly 30 years of rapid development,the real estate industry has become a pillar industry of China's national economy.Construction enterprises need to integrate various resource industries in the process of operation.The key to the smooth operation of construction enterprise operation system is procurement quality management.C Construction Engineering Group is a leading construction enterprise in Southwest China.It has encountered bottlenecks in improving the quality of construction materials procurement.The improvement of construction quality is limited and can not be further broken through.In view of this,it is of great practical significance to study the quality management of building materials procurement in C construction group.The main research work of this paper is as followsFirst of all,by collecting and consulting a large number of authoritative journals about the procurement quality management of construction enterprises,this paper introduces the research background of the subject,combs the research status at home and abroad from the quality management of building materials and procurement quality management,and expounds the significance of the research,the specific content of the research and the research methods used in the research process.This paper summarizes the definition,characteristics and principles of procurement,the theory of total quality management,the links of procurement quality management,the characteristics of building materials and procurement,the principles and processes of building materials procurement,the characteristics of building materials procurement quality management,and the AHP evaluation process.Secondly,on the basis of combing the construction material procurement process and quality management system of C Construction Group,this paper analyzes the current situation of the management of construction material procurement quality before,during and after the event.Thirdly,around the construction material procurement quality management of C Construction Engineering Group,this paper constructs the evaluation index system,makes a quantitative analysis of the evaluation index by using the chromatography analysis method,and analyzes the problems of the construction material procurement quality of C construction engineering group according to the evaluation results,including the lack of cooperation of various departments in advance,the outdated concept of procurement in the event,and the lack of effective assessment mechanism after the event.Finally,the paper puts forward specific improvement countermeasures for the three stages,which are: 1)In advance,the comprehensive quality of purchasing personnel should be improved,the information management of procurement should be strengthened,the management of procurement contract files should be strengthened and the procurement management system should be improved;2)In the process,the management system of material inspection should be established to improve the level of procurement risk management,effectively deal with the procurement quality problems,optimize the procurement mode and improve the purchasing concept through training;3)After that,the internal audit of procurement should be done strictly,and the material management in logistics and storage should be attached importance to and the evaluation and incentive mechanism should be established.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures such as building the organization structure of material inspection,making the training plan of purchasing quality engineer,forming a long-term cooperative performance evaluation mechanism.
