The rapid penetration of smart technology into various fields has provided new opportunities and challenges for China's pension problem,and also provided technical support for home and community smart pension.In view of the fact that the health care facilities are not suitable for the needs of elderly users and their functions are not applicable,starting from the aging design,this paper proposes a method to extract the suitable aging needs based on user research,and combines with the theories and methods of Kansei Engineering,quantification theory I,RE-FBS model,etc..A fourdimensional adaptive aging method for user demand extraction is proposed,and to design a new type of elderly care facilities that meets the aesthetic,functional and interactive needs of the elderly Aging and health all-in-one machine with emotional needs.Firstly,from the theoretical level,the concept,content,influencing factors and research methods of aging design are discussed.The design concept of "fourdimensional aging" is put forward,which includes four dimensions: modeling image aging,function aging,human-computer interaction aging and emotional experience aging.From the aspects of physiology,psychology and emotional experience,it provides the theoretical and methodological basis for the research of aging design.Secondly,from the user level,combined with literature analysis,combing the basic characteristics of elderly users.With the help of user portrait,user behavior journey,context awareness and other user research methods.From the dynamic point of view,it simulates the user behavior characteristics and interaction characteristics,and finds the pain points and design opportunities of elderly users in the process of using the health all-in-one machine.The more comprehensive and complete aging requirements and aging design principles for health all-in-one machine are summarized.Thirdly,at the design level,the research process centered on aging design is constructed,which specifically analyzes how the aging oriented image of the health allin-one machine can be transformed into specific product shape design elements,and how the function aging requirements of the all-in-one health machine are transformed into structure shape matrix;In addition,from the perspective of ergonomics,the scope of human-machine dimension and main hardware comfort position is defined to provide design ideas for specific design ideas and strategies.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned aging theory research,this paper carries out the design practice of the community health all-in-one machine,and verifies the feasibility and guidance of the aging theory and method for the elderly medical service products.To sum up,the project studies the aging design method of health all-in-one machine from the perspective of smart pension,and combines smart technology with medical service products.Through the analysis of the basic characteristics,behavior characteristics,interaction characteristics and the characteristics of the elderly group,the aging requirements are obtained,and the aging design methods and strategies are proposed under the four dimensions of modeling image,function,human-computer interaction and emotional experience,so as to optimize the appearance,function,operation and interaction of the healthy all-in-one machine,so as to make more elderly people We can enjoy the scientific and technological achievements freely,improve the quality of health care and pension experience,and provide reference for the design and research of related elderly products.
