Cam mechanism is simple,compact and reliable in motion,which is widely used in machine tools,textile machinery,internal combustion engine,printing machinery and other fields.With the continuous development of modern machinery,the speed of cam mechanism is higher and higher,and the requirements of the motion accuracy of the follower are also higher and higher.In the process of cam rotation,the contact and collision between the cam and the follower is inevitable;and the high-speed cam mechanism,due to the effect of inertial force,the follower will have serious deformation phenomenon,which will lead to the follower motion accuracy not meet the requirements and work failure.In this dissertation,the influence of contact collision and member flexibility on the kinematics and dynamics of the cam mechanism is studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A kind of simple harmonic combination motion law applied to high-speed cam mechanism is designed.In order to study its kinematic characteristics,comparative analysis is carried out based on the calculation example and other three common follower motion laws;the cam contour curve is designed by inversion method,and its polar coordinate equation is obtained;the three-dimensional model of cam mechanism is constructed by using three-dimensional modeling software,which is the selection of follower motion law The design of cam mechanism provides theoretical basis.(2)The research system is described and the force analysis is carried out;the contact force model is introduced according to the actual situation of contact collision between cam and follower;the dynamic equation of cam mechanism considering contact collision is constructed by using Lagrange equation and virtual work principle,which provides the basis for dynamic modeling and Performance Research of this kind of mechanism.(3)Based on the example,the virtual prototype of cam mechanism is constructed,and the dynamic equation is verified by simulation;The influence factors of contact impact intrusion of cam mechanism are analyzed,and the influence of contact collision on the movement law of push rod is studied,which lays the foundation for improving the mechanical performance of high-speed cam mechanism.(4)ANSYS software is used to deal with the follower flexibility,and then imported into ADAMS,the rigid flexible coupling model of cam mechanism considering contact collision is constructed;the simulation analysis of rigid cam mechanism considering contact collision and rigid flexible coupling cam mechanism considering contact collision is carried out by using virtual prototype technology,which provides theoretical support for optimal design of high-speed cam mechanism.
