Our country is vigorously developing the whole-process engineering consulting service mode,under this background,various relevant industries and institutions have carried out practical exploration and theoretical research on the whole-process engineering consulting service.The whole-process engineering consulting is different from the traditional fragmented consulting services such as survey and design,supervision and cost consulting.It is an integrated service including project life cycle engineering technology and management consulting.Its brand-new service scope is facing more problems of information integration and efficient utilization in engineering stages and different engineering specialties.In the era of rapid development of Electronic Science and technology,information technology and information value are endowed with a new high degree of knowledge-based economy,it is an inevitable requirement for the development of the whole-process engineering consulting mode in China to use information-based Electronic Science and technology to assist the whole-process engineering consulting service in information management.Based on the characteristics of the whole-process engineering consulting service and BIM technology,this paper studies the demand and application of the information management of the whole-process engineering consulting service,and makes a preliminary exploration for the development of the whole-process engineering consulting service.In this paper,the development of the whole-process engineering consultation industry in China is analyzed,and the connotation of the whole-process engineering consultation model in China is comprehensively interpreted.Based on the analysis of the content of the whole-process engineering consulting service,combining it with information management theory,BIM technology and theory,the scope of the whole-process engineering consulting information management and the advantages of BIM in the field of information management of the whole-process engineering consulting service are preliminarily explored.Based on the process of value generation and business process of whole-process engineering consulting service,the value chain model of whole-process engineering consulting service is established.On this basis,the flow state of engineering information is analyzed,and IDEF0 activity model is established.The problems faced by information management in whole-process engineering consulting service are discussed in depth by means of expert interview,and the whole-process engineering consulting service based on BIM technology is established.Indicators of information management needs,the issuance of scoring questionnaires,factor analysis of the results of the survey,the main needs of information management status.On the basis of the main problems and requirements mentioned above,the whole-process engineering consulting information management platform is designed according to the application of BIM technology and the characteristics of whole-process engineering consulting service.The use of the platform is demonstrated by prototype design software,the realization of information management requirements of the platform is analyzed,and the business functions of BIM information management platform in engineering consulting service are introduced,with emphasis on its analysis.Improve the quality of information use.Finally,based on the application of information management platform,the IDEF0 activity model is re-established,and the benefits of BIM-based information management for the whole-process of engineering consulting services are analyzed.
