With the rapid development of logistics and packaging industries in China,the demand for flexible small batch or single piece packaging equipment production line is increasing.Traditional carton processing equipment is mainly suitable for batch operations.Different size box making need to be complied by replacing cutting tools and cardboard sizes,which is inefficient,and the waste of corrugated cardboard edges and corners is serious.Therefore,from the perspective of energy conservation,environmental protection,productivity improvement and realizing small batch and flexible customization,the development of packaging production equipment suitable for small batches or single-piece products has important application value.A set of PLC-based corrugated carton production line is developed and realized in this thesis,which including the functions of automatic measurement of the packaged object size and automatic producing of the carton.The automatic measurement and cutting system has stable and reliable performance,which can offset the defects of traditional equipment such as high labor consumption,high cost,and low efficiency.It can realize the customized operation of large and small batches or single-piece commodity packaging boxes,and improve the process performance and cutting efficiency.The content of this thesis is mainly composed of the following parts:(1)A set of corrugated carton production line is independently designed and produced based on the analysis of the current carton production equipment deficiencies and the market demand,which include the measurement part and the box cutting part.(2)The control system of the production line is realized based on the production line structure and process requirements,mainly including automatic measurement and automatic cutting.The controller hardware selection,software programming and human-machine interface are the main research contents here.The most advanced Siemens S7-1200 PLC and S7-1500 PLC are used as main controllers for automatic measurement and corrugated cardboard cutting.The actuator is equipped with Yaskawa?-7 series servo driver,Siemens S120 and Siemens V90 servo driver.The realization of controlling,communication and WINCC monitoring system are based on TIA Portal V15 version.(3)Repeatedly testing and optimization of the product.The product has got good performance and stable operation after many modification,and a high-speed,high-precision,flexible and reliable corrugated packing box production is realized which can meet market demands.
