Cost Control Research Of A Renewable Building Materials Projects

With the rapid economic growth and the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,China is facing increasingly severe situation in the fields of water,land,energy,minerals and other resources.Improving the efficiency of resource utilization,increasing the intensity of resource consumption and developing circular economy have become the important ways to solve the bottleneck of resource and environment in China.In this environment,it is necessary to develop circular economy and improve the rate of resource reuse,and change the traditional way of building waste disposal.In recent years,such enterprises have mushroomed,and the market competition has become more and more fierce.It is also an important task for enterprises to control project cost.In this paper,A renewable building materials project as the research object,using the relevant theory of project cost control to analyze the relevant stages of its construction process.First of all,the WBS decomposition of the project is carried out again,and the concept of cost control is penetrated into every specific and subtle link of the project construction process;secondly,the cost analysis of the design phase of the project is carried out by using ABC method,and the defects of the traditional cost calculation method are found;then the cost analysis of the construction phase of the project is carried out by using earned value method,and the over expenditure of the project is found All kinds of reasons point out the solution direction for the later cost control.On the basis of mastering all kinds of problems existing in the project design and construction stage,this paper puts forward countermeasures to strengthen cost control from three aspects,namely,to improve the accuracy of project cost prediction,to strengthen contract management,and to improve the informatization level of project management.Through the research of this paper,we can provide a scientific method to save costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the future construction and production operation of A renewable building materials project,and also provide a reference for similar enterprises and similar projects when they encounter similar problems.
