An explosion at the bottom of a military vehicle can cause local effect,global effect and drop effect.In the past,the research on occupant protection mechanism was mainly concentrated within tens of milliseconds after the explosion,In this paper,the research on the seat protection mechanism of the comprehensive effect of explosion is of great significance to occupant safety.In this paper,through experimental analysis and simulation,the boundary conditions of each stage of the explosion comprehensive effect are obtained.Based on the partial model of the passenger seat,the different factors affecting the seat protection performance are studied,and a drop test method for simulating the comprehensive explosion effect is proposed.The main content and conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the propagation path of the explosion wave,the interaction of the explosion on the car body is analyzed.Combined with the explosion test at the bottom of a certain type of vehicle,the vehicle body structure and occupant response under the comprehensive effect of the explosion are analyzed.Through the simulation of the car frame,the influence of the three key factors of car body weight,ground clearance and explosion point position on the car body response is studied.(2)Based on the ALE-FSI explosion simulation algorithm,the whole process simulation of the vehicle explosion impact model is carried out,and the seat acceleration boundary of the whole process is extracted.A two-stage occupant seat model of explosion impact and falling to the ground was established,and the accuracy of the model was verified by comparison of occupant damage.(3)Analysis of results of each stage seat mounting points equivalent to the combined effect of the input boundary,to study the various stages of the key factors affecting occupant injuries,analysis of the seat type,platform power,cushion stiffness,overall speed and distribution of occupant injury in stroke impact.(4)In view of the local speed and overall speed of the seat installation point during the explosion impact,a drop test method is proposed,and a two-stage seat drop test simulation is designed.
