Research On The Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Anti-hepatitis B Fibrosis Medication Based On Modern Literature

Objective: To collect the clinical literature data of Chinese medicine for the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis in recent twenty years,and apply data mining method to analyze the prescription rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods:Retrieving the clinical data of Chinese Medicine Journal of Chinese medicine(VIP),China biomedical literature database(Sino Med),China journal full text database(CNKI)and Wanfang Data knowledge service platform(WANFANG)from January 2000 to December 2019,and using the Chinese medicine internal medicine to treat hepatitis B liver fibrosis,according to the inclusion,Exclusion criteria were used to screen the literatures and establish the database of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.According to the statistics of TCM andits four Qi,five flavor,meridian tropism,efficacy,syndrome types involved in prescription and the frequency of drug use,the mining ofdrug association rules and clustering were carried out.Results:The high frequency drugs for treating hepatitis B liver fibrosis include Salvia miltiorrhiza,astragalus,turtle shell,Radix Bupleuri,angelica,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,radix paeoniae rubra,licorice,Radix Paeoniae Alba,peach kernel,Poria cocos and so on.The main drugs are 10 kinds of drugs,namely,nourishing deficiency,activating blood and removing stasis,clearing away heat,promoting diuresis,dispersing dampness,and relieving exterior medicine.The main properties of Chinese medicine are cold and warm,and the main flavour is bitter and sweet,and the main meridian is liver,26.The second meridian of spleen.The most commonly used prescriptions are Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis obstructing collaterals syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Commonly used drug pairs are Astragalus-Salvia miltiorrhiza,turtle shell-Salvia miltiorrhiza,turtle shell-Astragalus,etc;The commonly used three medicine groups were Astragalus Trionyx Salvia miltiorrhiza,Astragalus Bupleurum Salvia miltiorrhiza,Astragalus Angelica Salvia miltiorrhiza,etc.Conclusion:Chinese medicine treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis commonly used therapies include strengthening the vital energy,removing blood stasis,clearing away heat,dampness and detoxification,soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,which can provide a reference for clinical treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis.
