There are more researches on Thai Chinese teaching for primary and secondary school students,but less for Thai college students.Thai college students are a group of special groups.They not only have the learning characteristics of Thai primary and secondary school students,which are lively,active,like interesting teaching rather than traditional teaching,but also belong to adults,who have the habit of learning second language.Therefore,for the Chinese teaching of Thai college students,we should not only consider the learning characteristics of Thai students,but also consider the learning habits of adults to learn second language,so that the Chinese classroom for Thai college students is both efficient and interesting.Therefore,the author selected this topic to explore.In June 2019,the author is honored to be a volunteer Chinese teacher to Thailand,and conduct Chinese teaching for more than 8 months at Nakhon Ratchasima College,Nakhon Ratchasima Prefecture,Thailand.Starting from my own teaching practice,the author conducts teaching research from the four aspects of Chinese pronunciation,vocabulary,grammar and discourse.On the one hand,I record the learning errors of Thai college students in Chinese class in detail.On the other hand,I investigate the difficulties and learning preferences of Thai college students in learning Chinese.From the two dimensions of my own teaching reality and the situation of the students' self-acquisition.To conduct a comprehensive exploration,trying to find out the teaching strategies that are both liked and efficient by Thai college students.This paper is divided into five parts:The introduction explains the reason and innovation of this topic,as well as the research content,research status and research methods.The first chapter introduces the current situation of Chinese teaching in Nakhon Ratchasima College,Thailand,including the Chinese curriculum,textbook selection,and teaching schedule.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of Chinese learning in detail.From the current level of Chinese learning,learning motivation,students' learning characteristics and students' psychological characteristics of these four aspects of the investigation and exploration.The third chapter is the main content of this paper,which makes a comprehensive analysis of the primary Chinese teaching strategies of Thai college students.From the four aspects of pronunciation,vocabulary,grammar and discourse,this paper summarizes the key and difficult points of primary Chinese teaching for Thai college students,investigates the teaching modes and teaching methods in class popular with Thai college students,and explores the classroom teaching strategies for Thai college students from these two dimensions,so as to stimulate Thai College Students' interest in learning Chinese,improve the classroom atmosphere,and have a better classroom teaching effect.The fourth chapter,based on the sample data of the questionnaire survey,analyzes and summarizes the teaching strategies adopted in the classroom,and reflects on the deficiencies in practical teaching,so as to put forward relevant teaching suggestions for the key and difficult points of teaching.
