A Study On The Music Culture Of Shanxi Aoshi Opera

Shanxi,as the birthplace and one of the central areas of Chinese civilization,has a unique historical and cultural status in Chinese history,enjoys the reputation of "Museum of ancient Chinese culture",and nourishes Shanxi folk music with distinctive characteristics,profound history and profound humanities.Especially in Aoshi village,which is located in the north of Shanxi Province,its communication with the outside world is limited by its underdeveloped economy and transportation.Therefore,the original ancient and unique Aoshi play is completely preserved.Saixi,also known as "Saisai" or "Saisai",is a special form of folk drama that integrates the ritual of sacrifice and the performance of opera.It was first widely popular in northern Shanxi,including Datong and Shuozhou.At present,only Aoshi village in Yanggao County retains this ancient form of drama.Due to the suspension of the last century's competition and the loss of a large number of scripts and props,aoshisai drama competition was once on the verge of extinction.In 2007,with the efforts of Yanggao County cultural circle,aoshi drama competiton resumed its performance again.In 2011,aoshi drama competiton was listed in the intangible cultural heritage protection list of Shanxi Province.Based on the study of music culture of aoshisai opera in Shanxi Province,this paper studies the general situation,artistic features and functional value of aoshi drama competition by using the related professional knowledge such as ethnomusicology,intangible cultural heritage,Chinese traditional music morphology,etc.By visiting the inheritors and relevant performers,this paper makes a complete record of the performing customs of aoshi drama competition and analyzes the reasons for the evolution of the performing customs.At the same time,according to the current inheritance mode and development status,the paper summarizes the protection achievements and problems of aoshi drama competiton under the background of "intangible cultural heritage",so as to achieve a more comprehensive analysis and research of aoshi drama competition and promote its more healthy and reasonable development.
