Since the 21 st century,transnational enterprises have been expanding business in China.Their cultures have also been penetrating at the same time,which are of great significance in shaping the behavior and decision-making of enterprises and their members.The source text is selected from the book,The Flow of Organizational Culture-New Thinking and Theory for Better Understanding and Process by Jim Mc Queen.It is an academic work in management,featuring interdisciplinary research.In addition,its language structure is complex,and the characteristics of mixed use of written and spoken words are noteworthy,and these bring about some barriers in the translation practice.The author discusses the translation text from three aspects:part-of-speech conversion and word meaning extension,sentence structure adjustment,and discourse cohesion.It is hoped that this practice can provide some help for translators and scholars in this field in the future.
