Consumer Behavior And Analytics (Chapter 2) English-Chinese Translation Practice Report

This paper belongs to the text of economic with the reader as the center.Therefore,the translation is required to be concise,easy to understand,and to be understood and accepted by the readers.In the process of translation,the author analyzes the typical cases in the original text under the guidance of communicative translation theory,and finally summarizes the translation practice.The main problems encountered by the author in the process of translation practice can be summarized as vocabulary level and sentence level.On the lexical level,the translation of-ly adverbs has brought great challenges to the author.Therefore,the author has carried out a lot of research on-ly adverbs,and summed up some translation strategies,such as part of speech conversion,word order adjustment,decomposing translation and merge translation,which have verified the rationality and operability of communicative translation in translation practice.At the syntactic level,the author studies the method of sentence translation conversion,which includes perspective conversion and passive conversion.The purpose of this paper is to make contribution to the domestic economic development and provide reference for the relevant domestic practitioners.
