Function words and word order are the main means to express the grammatical meaning of modern Chinese.Modal particles belong to function words,which have more classification,flexible usage and certain difficulty to master.Therefore,the study of modern Chinese mood words is one of the knowledge points that Thai students should pay special attention to and master.This paper takes the intermediate Level Thai students as the research object,takes the error analysis and teaching countermeasures of acquiring the Chinese modal word "ba" as the research subject,and carries out a comprehensive analysis and research on the error situation and causes of the modern Chinese modal word "ba" acquired by the intermediate level Thai students.The reason why I choose this topic is that the existing research results show that the bias research on Chinese modal words has been quite sufficient,but the bias research on individual modal words is relatively few,especially the bias research on Thai students' acquisition of Chinese modal words "ba".Therefore,the study of this topic can further provide some reliable reference materials for Thai students to learn Chinese mood words "ba" and for the teaching of Thai Chinese mood words.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction,which mainly includes the background and significance of the topic,and summarizes the current research status.This paper explains the research methods,puts forward the theoretical basis of this research,and introduces the sources of corpus,etc.The second chapter focuses on the ontology research of the Chinese modal word "ba" from five aspects: its origin,syntactic distribution,semantic features and pragmatic functions.The third chapter mainly carries on the statistics and the analysis to the questionnaire,carries on the questionnaire survey to the Thai student,in order to better understand the Thai student acquisition Chinese mood word "bar" the bias situation and the bias reason.The fourth chapter,based on the analysis results of the questionnaire,concludes that there are five types of errors in the Chinese modal word "ba" acquired by Thai students,including incorrect addition,incorrect substitution,omission,incorrect order,and incorrect glyphic.Then,according to these types of errors,the reasons for the errors are analyzed.The fifth chapter mainly puts forward the corresponding teaching strategies according to the types of errors and the reasons of errors,which is expected to be helpful to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.The sixth chapter is the summary of the thesis.
