In the modern Chinese, the negative adverbs’’不(bu) ","没有(meiyou)","别(bie) " semantically represent different negative categories,and the three negative adverbs in Chinese grammar symbol forms as negative structures are relatively complex and are used frequently. Although there is no negative adverbs in Thai Language that can correspond with the above three Chinese words, the usage of "(?)",which is the most common Thai negative adverb almost covers the usage of Chinese negative adverbs "不 (bu) ",’’没有(meiyou) ",’’别(bie) ". The situation Thai negative adverb "(?)" cannot correspond to Chinese three negative adverbs, which is not one-to-one relationship makes it more difficult to learn for Thai students. There are many errors when using the three words. In addition, the negative structure that is made up of "(?)" is very single and simple, especially on the aspect of grammar and "(?)" itself covers almost all negative expressions of Thai language, which add much more difficulties to Thai students.Based on the study of other researchers, we combined with the comparison between Chinese and Thai language and regard "不(bu)","没有(meiyou)", "别(bie)"and "(?)" as the studying object. By means of systematieal study, we analyze the grammatical and semantic differences. After analyzing statistically and quantitatively the results of the survey, we make a scientific summary about the acquisition orders, types and causes of errors when Thai students learn the three common negative adverbs so as to supply the related effective error solutions.Except the introduction and conclusion, this essay is separated to four parts:Chapter 1 is the introduction, which states the reasons and significance of choosing this topic, and then gives a domestic and international review of this. Last, we introduce some ways of making investigations.Chapter 2 mainly includes the objects of this study, which introduces the usage and semantics of Chinese negative adverbs "不(bu)","没有(meiyou)", "别(bie) "and Thai negative adverb "(?)" summarize their respective characteristic. Each of them has its own grammatical meanings.Then we briefly introduces "(?)" and when combined with several auxiliary verbs.Chapter 3 makes a detailed comparison between "不(bu)","没有(meiyou)","别(bie) " and "(?)" from the aspects of speech, expression form, semantic features and location appearing in the sentence. Chapters 4 states the process of survey, summarizing the results and analyzing how the errors appear, pointing out the errors mainly come from semantic confusions. On this basis, we conclude that teachers themselves and Thai students’ strategies, the negative transfer of mother language, overgeneralization of purpose language all can cause errors. While using comparing study of Chinese three negative adverbs and Thai negative adverb "(?)", we believe that it is greatly helpful to improve the teaching skills, refine Chinese language’s rules attach much more importance to the positive transfer of mother tongue reduce or avoid the errors as soon as possible.At last, we think that errors of"不(bu)", "没有(meiyou)","别(bie)"can be reduced or avoided as little as we can. At the same time, we point out the defects of this easy and wish a further study.
