We call the 21th century the information time in which the information technology is widely used. The integration of information technology and subject teaching is focused in educational reform which changes people's way of thinking and method of learning. With the educational reform and new curriculum carried forward, school education will be improved on the way of network, informatization and personalization. The integration of information technology and subject teaching has been becoming increasingly clear through endless number of exploration. Therefore, it has become a new point focused on by English teachers in military academies to study English teaching method on the basis of information technology, aiming at the real integration of information technology and English teaching in military academies.This thesis presents forms of integrating information technology and college English teaching by means of case study, through which, the present statement and effect of integration, its probable future are presented. Further more, the thesis points out the present problems in the integration of college English teaching and information technology in X military academy, analyzes the factors influencing it, and provides the advices to improve it.
