A Study Of Erotic Words In The Mandarin Proficiency Test

Erhua(??)is an important content of Putonghua Proficiency Test(Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi,PSC).The"Putonghua Proficiency Test Implementation Outline"(hereinafter referred to as the"Outline")stipulated the examination of Erhua words,but Erhua is still one of the obstacles to speaking Putonghua well for many people.What Erhua words would be tested in PSC?How the test took?Did all the Erhua words in the examination range appear randomly?Are there any Erhua words that were frequently tested?How to master the pronunciation of Erhua and enough Erhua words more quickly?The PSC has been implemented for so many years.From the performance of test takers,were there any Erhua rhymes that were likely to mispronounce and Erhua words that were easy to misread?With these questions,this article sorted out and researched the"Outline"and the five-year PSC first-level audio recordings submitted for review.This research first sorted out the Erhua words with the glyph "Er" and the phonetic "r" in the "Outline",and obtained 197 Erhua words.Then we evaluated the Erhua words in the test recording corpus,and obtained the scope of examination,the actual examination conditions and the performance of the candidates.It was found that there were big differences in the frequency of examination of different Erhua words.The Erhua words in the "Erhua Vocabulary List for PSC " had a higher probability of being tested,and the words in the "Outline" were frequently used,which can be used as an important reference for the study of Erhua words.In the third stage,this article focused on the performance of the test taker's Erhua rhyme.It was found that the frequency of different Erhua rhymes was different in the test.The Rhymes produced by the test takers in the "propositional talk" item also appeared different frequency.The defect rate of different Erhua rhymes showed the difference of difficulty: the difficulty of pronouncing Erhua vowels with large opening degree was lower,and the difficulty of pronouncing Erhua rhymes with combination type was lower than that with fusion type,and the difficulty of pronouncing Erhua rhymes with nose type was more difficult.In this regard,this paper analyzed the change process of the main vowels from the aspects of tongue position and Erhua,and put forward some learning suggestions.
