Currently, under the Ministry of Education and the State Language Commission, the normal students reach the level of the candidate during the Putonghua Proficiency Test two B test or two B above is qualified. As a focus and difficulty in the Putonghua Proficiency Test, how to improve the level of "speaking" item is plagued by many normal students. This paper is about the "speak" item in the Putonghua Proficiency Test. The paper takes the two groups of 60 of Putonghua Proficiency Test "speaking" key examples of research material, and analyses the normal students "speak" entry points situation. Additionally, the article discusses their problems in the Putonghua Proficiency test "speaking" item and proposed countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part discusses the test "speak" the connotation of Putonghua and items. First, the nature of Putonghua Proficiency Test to define, and then specifically addressed the Putonghua Proficiency Test "speak" status item "talk" key test check methods and assessment criteria.Second part describes the normal students "speak" item selected candidate instance case, two groups of 60 of Putonghua Proficiency Test "talk" key examples of research corpus. After the two normal students the basic situation is described, and a detailed analysis of two groups of 60 each "speak" Marking Items instance.The third part analysi the two sets of Putonghua Proficiency Test "talk" key problems and complemented by quantitative comparative analysis.
