In recent years,"constantly improving people's happiness" has become the common pursuit of the whole society in China,and employee happiness at work,as an important part of it,has also been studied more and more in the academic world.Work well-being is an individual's emotional experience and cognitive evaluation of the field of work,as well as a specific and special field of happiness.The definition of work volition is that the individual's perceptual ability to make career choices under constraints.People with high work volition may be unconstrained in making career decisions and have the ability to choose the career that best suits their needs,interests and values.Bandura first introduced the concept of self-efficacy,he defined it as an expectation of his ability to manipulate behavior in a given situation.This study attempts to explore the relationship between the sense of will to work and the sense of work well-being,and to study the mediating effect of self-efficacy from the perspective of organization.In this study,on-the-job employees were selected as the research object,and the questionnaire survey was conducted by using the work volitional scale,the self-efficacy scale and the work well-being scale,370 valid samples were received,SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 24.0were used to analyze the collected data.Results the basic situation of work volition,self-efficacy and work well-being of employees was obtained,and the relationship between work volition,self-efficacy and work happiness was explored.The results of this study are as follows:(1)Gender factors have significant differences in the dimensions of career choice,financial constraints and self-efficacy,and male scores are significantly higher than female scores.The score of self-efficacy of employees with master degree or above is significantly higher than that of employees with bachelor degree or below.The scores of employees with more than 6 years of working experience are significantly higher than those with less than 2 years of working experience.(2)Career choice is positively correlated with work well-being and self-efficacy.There was a significant negative correlation between structural restriction and self-efficacy and work wellbeing.There is a significant positive correlation between work well-being and self-efficacy.(3)Self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in the relationship between career choice,structural constraint dimension and well-being.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The career choice dimension of job volition has a significant positive prediction effect on self-efficacy and work well-being;(2)The financial constraint dimension of work volition has a significant negative predictive effect on work well-being;(3)The structural constraint dimension of work volition has a significant negative predictive effect on self-efficacy and work well-being;(4)Self-efficacy has a significant positive predictive effect on work well-being;(5)Self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in the relationship between career choice,structural constraint dimension and work well-being.
