The research investagates the young employee of three industry: IT,finance,and manufacturing, matural tools will be used what were used aboard. The overall situation of the general self-efficacy, work pressure and work attitude and the relation among them of Employees will be discussed in the paper,and we will proposal suggestions for enterprise management personnel in creation good human resource management, ease work pressure on staff and improve the management of the business to enhance management effectiveness of the basis and reference. The paper surveys 270 employees in the general sense of self-efficacy, work pressure and work attitude condition in the form of questionnaire. The result shows that:1.The overall conditions of the general self-efficacy, work pressure and work attitudes of the young employees are at the middle level.2.Different demographic variables of the general self-efficacy, work pressure and work attitudes on the young corporate staff have different degrees impaction:1) Length of career have significant impact to young employees on the work pressure and work attitude, but the general self-efficacy has not affected.2) Female workers in general self-efficacy was significantly lower than men, and various psychological symptoms because of work pressure was significantly higher than that of men, but the attitude in the workplace had no significant difference.3) Among different industry sectors, the general self-efficacy of different employees with significant differences, the attitude is signifieantly different,and the different dimensions of work pressure are also have different significant levels.4) Educational level of employees in the general sense of self-efficacy, work pressure and work attitude of the variables showed no significant impact.5) nature of Different staff on general self-efficacy has no significant difference. On the dimensions of fatigue and anxiety have different degrees significancy,On satisfaction and organizational commitment, there are also significant differences between them.3.General self-efficacy and overall work pressure has significant negative correlation and has correlation with job satisfaction and working input variables in different degrees.The satisfaction were positively correlated with the general self-efficacy,and the working input was negatively correlated with the general self-efficacy. Work pressure with the overall levels and job satisfaction and organizational commitment was very significant relevance, in the workplace has emerged into the different degree of relevance.4.General self-efficacy not only has significant forecast role on work satisfaction, but also predicted indirectly through the work pressuree. Work pressure itself would have significantly forecasts on work attitude, sex on the job satisfaction also to a certain degree significant. General self-efficacy in the work input also has significant influence, pressure on the Impact of work also appears significant, but sex on the work input has no significant impaction. Work pressure, sex were also significantly predicted commitment of the organization. But the general self-efficacy has no predict to the organization commitment.
