Psychological well-being is defined by their own standards of individuals, is a kind of stable cognitive and emotional experience through assessment ing their quality of life. As living standards improving, people pay more attention to the psychological well-being. For the officer, work-family interaction is a key facter. So far, there is little study about the relations between them and the mediation effect on them.Based on the view above, this study through choose430officers from Tianjin and Beijing by questionnaire investigation.Using Nijmegen work-family interaction questionnaire (SWING), Psychological well-being scale (PWB), Work-family conflict self-efficacy scale (WFC-SE), Pressure situation of coping questionnaire (CISS),this study explor the relation between work-family interaction and psychological well-being, and discusses the meditation effect of work-family conflict self-efficacy and coping styles. The following are the conclusion:(1)The work-family interaction have significant prediction effects on psychological well-being.A. The negative impact work-family interaction have significant positive prediction effects on the environmental mastery of psychological well-being.B.The negative impact work-family interaction have significant positive prediction effects on the positive relations with others of psychological well-being.(2)Coing is a partial mediator of the relationship between the work-family interaction approach to the work-family interaction and psychological well-being.A.The emotion of coping is a partial mediator of the relationship between the work-family interaction approach to the work-family interaction and psychological well-being.B.The task of coping is a partial mediator of the relationship between the work-family interaction approach to the work-family interaction and psychological well-being. (3) The work-family conflict self-efficacy is a partial mediator of the relationship between the work-family interaction approach to the work-family interaction and psychological well-being.
