There is a type of words containing special national culture in Chinese——national custom words.Chinese national custom words are different from general words and have significant national cultural characteristics.Therefore,it is difficult for learners who use Chinese as a second language to pass the literal meaning.To understand the true meaning of "Chinese folklore words",in order to avoid communication barriers for Chinese learners and integrate them into Chinese culture,we need to classify and learn the current Chinese folklore words.Animal and plant words are an important part of the word system,as well as an important way.There are very rich animal and plant words in the languages of China and South Korea.However,due to the differences in the cultural traditions and social development of the two nations,the cultural connotations of animal and plant words are both similarities and differences which are worthy of our study.This article aims to study the semantic acquisition and errors of Korean students' Chinese folk vocabulary,analyze the errors and explore solutions and teaching strategies.Firstly,based on the national semantic theory and the classification of national language words by the predecessors,this article divides the national language semantics of animal and plant words into three categories from a cultural perspective,namely,cultural symbolic meaning,cultural pragmatic meaning,and cultural practical meaning.Then make statistics on the comprehensive textbook of Developing Chinese carries out statistics and combines representative animal and plant words,and selects 6 animal words as the research objects,To conduct a comparative analysis between China and South Korea on its national semantics.Secondly,it conducts a questionnaire survey on the acquisition of the meanings of animal and plant national customs for Korean students,and analyzes the classification error of the results.On this basis,the teaching enlightenment is proposed,and sample teaching plans for foreign students of different levels are designed.Finally part is the conclusion.Summarized the main content,innovations and shortcomings of this article.The research in this article is helpful to promote the continuous expansion of the research field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language animal and plant vocabulary,so that international students are interested in the study of animal and plant national vocabulary,and increase their enthusiasm for Chinese vocabulary and cultural learning,so that they can avoid it in daily learning and life mistakes,flexible use of Chinese vocabulary and cross-cultural communication.
