Taking"xiande"(??)words as the research object,this paper studies the four words"xiande(??),haoxiang(??),kanqilai(???),kanlai(??)"from two aspects:Chinese ontology and teaching Chinese as a second language.Chinese ontology research mainly includes syntax,semantics and pragmatics.Syntactically,the syntactic position of"xiande"(??)words is relatively flexible,mainly in the middle and the beginning of the sentence.The syntactic functions of"xiande"(??)words are different.All four words can be used as predicates,but the ratio is different."haoxiang(??)"is often used as adverbial,"kanqilai(???)"and"kanlai(??)"are often used as parentheses.The main colligations of"xiande"(??)words are quite similar.Compared to the other two words,"xiande(??)"and"kanqilai(???)"have stronger collocation competence.Semantically,we first analyze and clarify the meaning attributes of"xiande"(??)words,and then find out the different semantic features between"xiande"(??)words through the analysis of semantic features,among which the semantic features of"kanqilai(???)"are the most abundant and evenly distributed.Pragmatically,"xiande(??)","haoxiang(??)"and"kanlai(??)"are used more frequently.There are some differences in the textual functions of the four words.On the basis of ontological research,this paper carries out the further research on teaching Chinese as a second language of"xiande"(??)words.First of all,error analysis.There are mainly four types of errors in"xiande"(??)words,including overrepresentation,omission,addition and disordering.Overrepresentation is the main type of errors,and occurs more frequently between"kanlai(??)"and"kanqilai(???)","xiande(??)"and"kanqilai(???)","xiande(??)"and"haoxiang(??)".According to the errors,we analyze the causes of error from external factors and internal factors.Then,through the investigation of textbooks and dictionaries,we analyze the problems existing in collection and interpretation of"xiande"(??)words,and put forward some suggestions for textbooks,dictionaries and classroom teaching.
