The Nang ra eight community is often called "The Nang ra of Amdo" in Qinghai province,which has a special historical status and geopolitical influence in The Anduo area.Which has social history and cultural memory of Qinghai.The formation and development of this community is closely related to the background of Chinese social and historical development and changes,and closely related to the historical activities of surrounding ethnic groups,so the Nang ra eight community has become the most symbolic cultural unit of traditional community in Gcan tsha area.In the Tibetan community of Amdo in Qinghai province,especially in the traditional community form of Gcan tsha area,it shows the unique community structure and cultural order.Therefore,the author took the Nang ra eight community as a field site and went deep into the community for many times.From the perspective of anthropological theory,the author carried out long-term field investigations,consulted relevant literatures at home and abroad,collected local manuscripts,and tried to discuss the deep structure of the traditional community cultural order and the endogenous logic of community construction.The classification of the cultural order usually from political,economic,cultural,religious,ethical,and artistic point of view,and based on which the actual situation and experience in the field,in the thesis mainly from blood order,social order,symbolic order and spatiotemporal order and so on four dimensions as the breakthrough point for the Nang ra eight community to conduct a comprehensive analysis.The paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter mainly summarizes the natural environment of The Nang ra eight community,and discusses the complex cultural and historical background of the community.By referring to a large number of historical documents such as local Chronicles,archives,history of teaching law,biographies,archaeological data and travel notes,and combining with abundant field interview data to select typical cases and conduct a targeted study,it is found that the ethnic origin of this community is diverse,not the single ethnic origin commonly accepted by most community residents at present.Archaeological data further demonstrated through the region in the neolithic age group activities has been formed,and through the western Han dynasty,Tibet,Tangut,Mongolia and Qing dynasty formed under running now in Tibetan ethnic group as the main body of diversity in unity of the community pattern,the Nang ra eight community that investigation,the existing cultural order influence and significance of community construction.The second chapter through early bon reference books and so on literature material,combine the local folk myths and legends and materials with the order of community culture and community construction.At the same time,the power structure of the community is investigated,and the four-level power structure is found and summarized,and the power and responsibility of the first-level structure "Qian hu",the second-level structure "Bai hu",the third-level structure "Bai zhang" and the four-level structure "Rgan gsum",as well as the ruling form and governance mode of the community are analyzed.On this basis,through the mutual influence and effect of "Nyin thub,Tumu and Rgan po" and other non-governmental organizations,the strict community organization system of the community was constructed,and a stable social order was formed.The fourth chapter,through the investigation of the surrounding mountains and water systems and other geographical factors and the collection of local knowledge,analyzes the symbolic order reflected in the mountain god genealogy,ritual phases,ritual vessels and mount symbols,demonstrates the mountain god system of the community formed under the 360 system of "Rma God" and the corresponding sacrificial circle.At the same time,the original mountain god system in this area was changed by examining the worship of "Dam-can mgar-ba nag-po" guardian god in Nang ra Gsir khng and the settlement of Lamo zhbs rong in Awang Temple.Construction with "Rng ba la tse" as the core of root system and qin long mountain beautiful swan wave change it to "Dam-can rdo-rje legs-pa" profoundly affected the community cultural order such as the historical reasons behind the three events,believed that the background reconstruction of the cultural order,Thus profoundly influencing the construction of the community.The fifth chapter,by examining the main operating mechanism of promoting and maintaining the cultural order in this community,summarizes three operating mechanisms,namely power mechanism,cultural mechanism and ethical mechanism,which are the thousand-household system and the power mechanism of Sde dpvon and tsho dpvon respectively.Temple culture mechanism and folk culture mechanism;Political ethical mechanism and ethical mechanism in the family.On this basis,it is demonstrated that the power mechanism directly and indirectly manages the material life of the community through the power of thousands of households and the power of Sde dpvon,and the cultural mechanism has a profound and lasting impact on the spiritual life of the community through the temple culture mechanism and folk culture mechanism.Thus consolidating the cultural order of the community has a profound and lasting impact on the construction of the local community.
