In his manuscript,Marx specifically analyzed and criticized the relevant paragraphs and theories in Hegel's elements of the philosophy of right, and from this he elaborated his view of the state.Based on Marx's related texts, this article systematically expounds on its earlier concept of the state, mainly including four aspects:First, analyze the background of Marx's proposition on state issues. From the dual perspectives of reality and theory, the thesis focuses on the actual motivations of Marx's attention to national issues and his writing " Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right." At the same time, this article explores the corresponding arguments and theoretical preparations concerning Hegel's state outlook, and clarifies the reality and theoretical background of Marx's state problem.Secondly, based on the "Manuscript Index to the Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right ",it expounds Marx's analysis of Hegel's state theory. After clarifying the different basic points of the argument between Marx and Hegel's view of the state, the dissertation follows the "Dualization of the Development of the System","Logical Mysticism" and "As the Subject" listed in the "Manuscript Index to the Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right ".The three main propositions and sub-propositions are compared with the texts of the two to make a concrete analysis of the argument.Hegel's view of the state cannot truly achieve the unity of universality and special reality, and the individual's special interests in civil society cannot be reconciled in the general purpose of the real country. After seeing Hegel's "the logic behind the hierarchical intermediary system","the private property behind the eldest son inheritance system of real estate",and "the mysticization of the logic idea",Marx began to form a humanistic national outlook with its own characteristics in the early stage.Thirdly,it expounds that Marx deeply criticized Hegel's state doctrine from the aspects of state essence, state system, and methodology, and put forward his own state theory.First,Marx's critique of Hegel's state essence thought, pointed out the essential difference between the two state views, and discussed Marx's understanding of the state essence.Marx pointed out that Hegel reversed the relationship between things and logic, took ideas as independent subjects, and considered the state to be a link in the development of absolute ideas. However, the nature of the state should be sought in the "real people" of civil society, rather than the abstract concept determining the state. The second is Marx's critique of Hegel's state system thought, and analysis and critique of Hegel's specific state system viewpoint. The third is to point out the specific differences between the two dialectics at that time, and to clarify Marx's transcendence in dialectics. Finally,it discusses the characteristics and value of Marx's early state theory. The first is to summarize the salient features of Marx's early state outlook: critical, speculative, and logical. The second is to explain the theoretical significance of Marx's early state theory, especially its value in methodology and history of thought. The third is to analyze the practical significance and realistic inspiration of Marx's early state theory.
