Research On Farmers' Subjectivity In The Process Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

As an important barrier for China to get rid of absolute poverty,as a key measure for China to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,as a solid foundation for China to start a new era of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects;In the final decisive stage of targeted poverty alleviation,the actual results of targeted poverty alleviation and the difficult problems in the process of poverty alleviation need more continuous attention.If it is difficult to guarantee the actual results of targeted poverty alleviation,it is likely to become an obstacle to the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.As an important part of China's population,the peasant group is the core of the concept of "well-off or not,the key lies in the townsman".The problem of peasant subjectivity in the process of targeted poverty alleviation is undoubtedly one of the most worthy of attention and research.Under this background,this paper mainly selected the topic through field investigation,literature research and other methods,from the perspective of Marx's pursuit for the liberation of all mankind to the Puding county in Guizhou province,the national poverty county in the west of the typical villages Longcai village,Naxi village,land village field research.Through investigation,we can know that the targeted poverty alleviation work in Puding county has made considerable progress with the strong support of the party and the state,and the living standard of the people has been significantly improved.But Puding county of poor people as a result of a ‘The input type'support in the past,historical factors such as priority to the development of the city,and is the backward production and living environment,social environment and other factors,lead to some poor people in the process of precision of poverty dependence exists serious thought and anti-poverty ability is not high,the current situation of insufficient awareness of growing rich.In general,some farmers still have problems such as insufficientsubjectivity,deviation of subjectivity and even lack of subjectivity.These problems are mainly manifested in the lack of autonomy and self-consciousness of "unwilling to leave",the realistic factors of "unable to leave" still exist and the social ethos of "unwilling to leave" still need to be eliminated.On the basis of the above situation and the promotion of farmers' main responsibility in the future to promote the harmonious development of society,this paper puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures to stimulate farmers' main body from the following aspects: first,we should strengthen the foundation of rural grass-roots system construction and promote the integration of urban and rural construction to protect farmers' autonomy;Second,through big data and other intelligent information to optimize the management and more specific legal construction to standardize the rights of all parties,and then through multi-channel supervision and management to consolidate the consciousness of farmers;Third,to promote the development of education and culture and strengthen the initiative of farmers by strengthening cultural cultivation and promoting social identity;The fourth is to deepen the decisive role of the market economy through a more reasonable industrial layout and the strengthening of collective cooperation,thus stimulating the creativity of farmers.
