Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Institutional Environment On The Innovation Ability Of Chinese Enterprises

Innovation is of great significance for promoting technological progress and achieving rapid economic growth.The nineteen major reports of the Party pointed out the importance of innovation,and General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized innovation in many fields.At present,China is in an important period of economic transformation.Although the economy has achieved rapid development and made remarkable achievements since the reform and opening up,ZTE's "lack of core" event has taught us a profound lesson,and let us reexamine the development of innovation ability of Chinese enterprises.As an emerging economy,China cannot ignore the role played by institutional environment in economic development.With the deepening of reform,the driving force of economic growth has been transformed into innovation driven,in which institution plays an important role.Internet,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,big data and other new technologies have become an important area of competing development.In this era of rapid technological innovation,this paper focuses on the impact mechanism of institutional environment on the innovation ability of enterprises,reviews the development process of institutional environment and innovation behavior of enterprises,deeply analyzes how the institutional environment affects the innovation ability of enterprises,and puts forward new requirements for the construction of institutional environment to encourage enterprise innovation in the new era.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts,including seven chapters.The first part is the introduction,which describes the significance of the topic,the research status of relevant theories at home and abroad,and the ideas and research methods of this paper.The second part is the theoretical part,mainly in the second chapter introduces the system and innovation related theoretical results.The third part is the core part of the article,including the third chapter to the sixth chapter.Through the review of the common evolution of institutional environment and enterprise innovation ability in the third chapter,the fourth chapter introduces the influence mechanism of institutional environment on enterprise innovation ability.The fifth chapter is to give two examples of ZTE and Huawei,from a practical point of view to further verify the positive relationship between the institutional environment and the innovation ability of enterprises.The sixth chapter discusses the new requirements of enterprise innovation on the institutional environment with dialectical thinking.Finally,the seventh chapter reviews and summarizes the whole paper,points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.Based on the historical review and practical cases,this paper concludes thatthere is a strong positive relationship between the institutional environment and the innovation ability of enterprises.A healthy and positive institutional environment guides enterprises to improve their innovation ability.On the contrary,an unfavorable institutional environment will have a negative reaction.Starting from the theoretical research,this paper expands the previous research perspective on the innovation ability of enterprises.Relatively speaking,the research on the innovation ability of enterprises is more focused on the enterprise itself.This paper takes a new approach to focus on the institutional environment,which plays a role of complementing and attracting talents.From a practical point of view,the pain brought by ZTE and the hope brought by Huawei remind us all the time that the revolution has not been successful,and our generation still needs to work hard.ZTE and Huawei's analysis provides us with ideas in the new requirements of institutional environment construction.We must fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all subjects,deepen institutional reform,optimize institutional environment,and promote national innovation Level of contribution.
