performance in the construction of the pastoral complex,find out the shortcomings,analyze the reasons,and learn from the domestic foreign development experience,put forward optimization suggestions,in order to provide reference for other local governments to perform their duties.The thesis explains the research background and research significance,introduced the current research status of domestic and foreign pastoral complexes and the current research status of local governments performing functions in the construction of pastoral complexes,and makes a research review and summarizes the complex construction about L city.Through a panoramic observation of the development status of the pastoral complex the thesis analyzes the performance of the L city local government,and sorts out the three main problems in the current performance of the local government: First,the function positioning is not accurate enough,and the government's role in the construction of the pastoral complex has changed from "guide" to "dominant".The second is that the audit,check,and cultivation are not in place,and the pastoral complex construction is blindly following the trend.This problem mainly sorts
