Study On The Life Satisfaction Of The Local Residents Under The Influence Of Tourism In Puzhehei Village

With the rapid development of tourism,tourism industry has become a catalyst pole in promoting the economic development of ethnic areas.In order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of tourism,we can not disregard the study of local residents' satisfaction while studying tourists' satisfaction.Because the local residents are the factors who affect the local tourism industry development directly.As a main industry in the development of the Puzhehei,tourism affects the lives of local residents all the time.In this paper,interviews and questionnaires were used to conduct a 6 day survey on the life satisfaction of local residents in Puzhehei village.At the same time,the mathematical statistics was also taken in the paper the analytic hierarchy process.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the IPA method are combined into a complete set of evaluation methods,and the problems of the residents' satisfaction in the village are summarized with the analysis of the interview materials.First of all,the first hand information was obtained by the field investigation,the author first carried out a statistical analysis of the basic situation of the residents in the Puzhehei village.Secondly,the factor analysis was carried out on the residents' satisfaction index,which would "guide the government to the tourism management of the residents","the government and the enterprise make the propaganda to the scenic spots","the government puts forward suggestions to the residents." The 22 indicators,such as "government supervision of enterprises","the fund support of investors",etc.are summed up as "satisfaction of government and enterprise behavior","satisfaction of community infrastructure","satisfaction of economic situation","satisfaction of community environment" and "satisfaction of social and cultural status".Thirdly,we use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index and get the score of the satisfaction of each index through fuzzy evaluation;then,draw the IPA analysis chart with the weight of each index and the score of satisfaction,and explain the satisfaction with the results of the interview.Finally,we summarized all types of the general satisfaction.In the development of Puzhehei village tourism,there are 6factors that affect the residents' satisfaction: the tourism project is single and the seasonal quality is obvious;the quality of the basic construction needs to be improved;the government's lack of guidance and education for the residents to participate in thetourism management;the poor compensation and benefit distribution of the residents in the village;the serious loss of the traditional culture;the supervision of the government and the feedback on the opinion of the residents is insufficient.And put forward 7 relevant countermeasures: enrich the tourism project,increase the income and employment opportunities of residents;improve the construction of infrastructure;strengthen the education and guidance of the residents to participate in the tourism management;establish a reasonable distribution mechanism of economic interests and social welfare;establish a related compensation system for interest;strengthen the protection and inheritance of traditional culture;The government should take the role of guiding,regulating and coordinating the of supervision for local residents.
