With the development of China's economy,China's targeted poverty alleviation work has achieved remarkable results,and poverty alleviation has also entered the most difficult stage.Especially in recent years,China has vigorously built water conservancy facilities,and the relocation of reservoir areas for poverty alleviation has gradually become a "five The most difficult part of the group is how to ensure that people get rid of poverty is an important and sustainable achievement of poverty alleviation.At the same time,there are many reasons for poverty caused by immigrants in the reservoir area.The only way to refine the entire analysis process is to target the entire migration process.Only by providing precise support in China can we ensure the sustainable poverty alleviation of immigrants.During the construction of the Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station,the poverty alleviation work of the reservoir area immigrants is the focus of the poverty alleviation work of Yibin City.Although the reservoir immigrants of Pingshan County have basically completed the relocation and resettlement,they have achieved the goal of "moving out" and transferred to the post-support development stage.However,various contradictions and problems are intertwined,making the poverty problem of rural immigrants in the Pingshan reservoir area still exist,which cannot be ignored.It is very important to find out the causes of poverty caused by rural immigrants in the reservoir area and to make corresponding policy recommendations.This paper focuses on poverty alleviation of rural migrants in the Pingshan Reservoir area of Xiangjiaba Reservoir,and conducts a questionnaire survey on poverty alleviation of rural migrants in Pingshan Reservoir area of Xiangjiaba Reservoir.The analysis finds that the problem of immigrant poverty still exists and the incidence of poverty remains high.The poverty alleviation effect is not obvious.In addition to objective factors such as geographical conditions and the immigrants' own reasons,the local government ignored the input of production materials and infrastructure in the poverty alleviation process,the allocation of poverty alleviation funds was unreasonable,and the improper implementation of poverty alleviation measures also caused An important reason why the immigrants in the Pingshan Reservoir area failed to escape poverty.Through questionnaire surveys,find out the reasons for the current poverty of immigrants in the reservoir area,and provide certain policy recommendations based on the problems raised.In particular,the planned resettlement plan and unplanned assistance measures implemented in the Pingshan reservoir area,such as strengthening the reservoir area's infrastructure construction,developing income-increasing industries such as animal husbandry,and building supporting public facilities,can truly protect the rural areas of the reservoir area.The rights and basic rights that immigrants should enjoy are particularly important as the most important content of immigration work.
