With the advent of information society, the production and life style of human society has undergone drastic changes. The easy access and dissemination of information has made the good wish of "Long distance separates no bosom friends" come true. The restriction of time and space on citizens' political participation is further weakened, and citizens' awareness of participation is also strengthened. The vibrant post-95 youth group is a generation growing up with the development of China's Internet.Their familiarity with the Internet makes them more inclined to participate in social and political life by using the we media platform. While we media provides convenience for the post-95 youth to participate in politics, the age characteristics and limited social experience of the post-95 youth make their political participation in we media irrational, emotional and indifferent.Understanding the real views of post-95 groups on political participation and observing their political participation behavior can better smooth the political communication channels between the government and the youth groups, establish the appeal response feedback mechanism between the youth and the government, improve the youth's political literacy, promote the youth's political socialization, and promote the development of socialist democracy in China.Based on the existing research results, this paper first defines the concepts of we media,post-95 youth groups and network political participation, clarifies the relationship between the development of we media and post-95 youth network political participation, and then analyzes the current situation of youth using we media to participate in social and political life through the questionnaire results. The third and fourth chapters analyze the positive and negative effects of we media on post-95 youth network political participation The impact of political participation, and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations for the hidden risks.
