Research On The Institutionalization Of Party Diplomacy With Chinese Characteristics In The New Era

The party diplomacy of the Chinese Communist Party has undergone different stages of development since the founding of New China in 1949,and has formed a diplomatic model system with Chinese characteristics till today.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,and under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on party diplomacy,the Communist Party of China has initiated a new upsurge in the institutionalization of party diplomacy.Since the 18^thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC has continuously explored the institutionalization of party diplomacy.Based on Xi Jinping's thought on party diplomacy,it has absorbed Western international relations theories on mechanism and system construction,and has continuously improved and established party diplomacy in terms of concepts and structures.The mechanism,especially the opening of the dialogue meeting between the Communist Party of China and the world's high-level political parties in 2017,marked an important achievement in the institutionalization of the Party's diplomacy of the Communist Party of China.In the next stage of the process,the Communist Party of China will still insist that the party take over the overall situation under the leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping,use the party diplomacy mechanism as a platform,and"self-centered"to promote the construction of a new type of party relationship and a community of shared future for mankind,and build the global political party partnership system to serve the global national partnership system much better.
