An Analysis Of The Idea Of Win-win Cooperation In China's International Strategy Since The 18th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

As As an important concept in China's international strategy since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the concept of win-win cooperation has a profound historical background and theoretical origin.Both the thought of "harmony" in the fine traditional Chinese culture and the thought of equal cooperation in Marxism embody the thought of win-win cooperation in essence.And today's domestic and foreign problems are calling for win-win cooperation.Through win-win cooperation,China has pursued independent and peaceful development on the path of development,implemented the "One Belt And One Road" initiative on cooperation models,actively built a new type of international relations and a network of global partnerships on state-to-state relations,and practiced the sense of community on the path of common development of mankind.As a strategic direction,the concept of win-win cooperation,on the one hand,promotes domestic industrial upgrading and foreign investment,and on the other hand,shapes the image of China as a responsible major country for peaceful development.As a way of cooperation,it promotes the common development of all countries.As a concept,it also guides the development and progress of human society and ecological civilization.However,the thought of win-win cooperation is also faced with such dilemmas as the conflict of interests between countries caused by private ownership,the contradiction between rational self-interest of countries and the commonality of human destiny,the disadvantages of the old international order,mechanism and idea,and the difference of historical tradition and cultural values.In view of the above difficulties,this paper holds that China and its neighboring countries can take the lead in building a pan-Asian community of common destiny to realize the integration of national interests.To build an economic system based on mutual benefit among countries so as to ease the contradiction between national interests and the interests of mankind;In the international community,we should promote the establishment of new principles of international assistance and new mechanisms for common development to help developing countries achieve common development,so as to make up for the shortcomings of the old international order and guide the reform of international mechanisms.At the human level,through exchanges and mutual learning among different civilizations,conflicts and estrangement among civilizations can be eliminated so as to achieve coexistence and progress among civilizations.
