From Life "liberation" To Space "reproduction"

Poverty alleviation in inhospitable areas breaks the vicious cycle between human beings and the ecological environment,and reconstructs the lifestyle of residents in ecologically fragile or ecologically harsh areas,thus providing material and institutional conditions for improving population quality,improving residents' welfare,and changing residents' backward mode of production.The relocation of nearly ten million people is an unprecedented complex and huge project,which is related to the deep transformation of production relations and social relations.As a major measure to solve regional and overall poverty,the poverty alleviation logic of relocation is to let the poor people get out of the poverty space and move away from ecologically fragile areas,so as to achieve poverty alleviation and prosperity,that is,escape from the spatial poverty trap.The "space" involved in the relocation of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas is not only geographical space,but also social space,cultural space,living space and service space.Based on this,this paper points out that the relocation communities of poverty alleviation from indistinguishable areas are facing difficulties such as insufficient living space,compressed service space and broken psychological space.The establishment of a big data platform for the follow-up management of poverty alleviation from indistinguishable areas in T County provides a guarantee for effectively alleviating these problems.To be specific,this platform makes use of its advantages of huge data,symmetrical information and timely tracking to realize the precision of community employment assistance,the refinement of service supply and the scientific of psychological services,so that the livelihood space,service space and psychological space of the community can be reproduced.Because the relocation communities driven by big data are living,social and political,the spatial form they show is more of a living spatial form.Living space is closely related to the politics of life.Different from liberation politics,which focuses on grand narratives,life politics links micro-issues such as ecology,body,self and its identity,and lifestyle with state power and government policies,hoping to liberate people of all kinds from social pressure through power allocation and system design.Lifestyle politics is the politics of lifestyle,which operates in the context of institutional reflection,pays attention to human morality and survival issues,and emphasizes the aspects of transcending the economy of scarcity,dialogue democracy,bioethics and non-violent society.According to this logic,the living space,service space and psychological space reconstructed by big data are all related to the physical,ethical,self-identity and other life styles of the moving households,so they are typical life and political space.Based on the theory of life and politics and using big data technology as the path,this paper discusses the livelihood,psychology and management of the migrants in the relocation communities of poverty alleviation from inconveniently located areas,and then effectively discusses the social integration of the migrants from inconveniently located areas.
