Research On The Establishment Of Harmonious Labor Relations In Nan'an District Of Chongqing From The Perspective Of Public Governance

As an important social relationship supporting the healthy and rapid development of economy and society,labor relations play an important role in promoting the historical process of national rejuvenation and national rise.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and state leaders have attached great importance to harmonious labor relations,and launched the exploration of social governance methods of harmonious labor relations by issuing "opinions on building harmonious labor relations".The nineteen major reports of the party clearly pointed out that we should "build a harmonious labor relationship" and set up a harmonious labor relationship hitherto unknown.Therefore,we should intensify our efforts to explore the work method for establishing harmonious labor relations in the new era.Every province and city have actively implemented the "raising the level of protection and improvement of people's livelihood" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.Strengthening and innovating the key work content required by "social governance".As far as Chongqing is concerned,the central government's decision and deployment to promote the construction of Chengdu Chongqing dual city economic circle put forward higher requirements for the construction of harmonious labor relations.Therefore,it is of great strategic development and economic and social significance to comprehensively explore a working method for the establishment of labor relations with the collaborative participation of the government,social organizations,enterprises and workers.This paper starts with the exploration of the method of creating harmonious labor relations,adopts literature research,social investigation,comparative analysis and other research methods,uses public governance theory and Marx labor relations theory,and takes the Nan'an District as one of the first batch of urban areas in Chongqing to jointly build one of the comprehensive experimental areas of harmonious labor relations,as the starting point,The paper analyzes the work measures and problems in the process of exploring the harmonious labor relations comprehensive experimental area,finds that the government incentive and guidance policies need to be further improved in the process of its establishment,the role of social organization bridge should be further optimized,and the consciousness of the minority enterprises and the concept of Human-oriented should be further improved Some workers' attitude to participate in the work needs to be further improved.By actively drawing on the research results and practical experience of domestic and foreign labor relations,the author puts forward suggestions on how to explore the methods of harmonious labor relations,which are government,social organization,enterprises and workers,which means that the government should play a leading role in the construction of harmonious labor relations The paper also tries to strengthen the social organizations to play the role of linking in the construction of harmonious labor relations,to guide enterprises to play a cooperative role in the construction of harmonious labor relations,to guide the workers to play an active role in the construction of harmonious labor relations,and then comprehensively optimize the effectiveness of the harmonious labor relations creation in Nan'an District of Chongqing.
