At present,China is in the rapid economic and social development of the transition period,fast-paced,urgent sense,fierce competition has become the norm of modern life,at the same time people living and living pressure are gradually increased.Job burnout is a social derivative of almost all the industry covers a common problem,and still continue to spread,civil servants are not listed.As the basic force of civil servants in our civil servants,we play the mainstay role and play a key role in dealing with the specific affairs of society and the masses.Long-term work in the first line,heavy work tasks,work pressure,low income level,easy to produce professional burnout.Once the job burnout,it will reduce the efficiency and quality.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the practical problems that have been solved by strengthening the research on the job burnout of the township civil servants,studying the causes of the occupational burnout of the township civil servants and putting forward effective measures.This paper takes the three-dimensional,resource-saving,“human-job” matching model of job burnout as the theoretical basis,and uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaires,interviews and statistical analysis to study the civil servants of W County townships The causes of job burnout were discussed,and the factors influencing the job burnout of township civil servants were analyzed in detail and the intervention measures were put forward.Specific contents include:First introduced the concept of job burnout and the scope of township civil servants,and then W County township civil servants on-site investigation,the data and information to conduct an in-depth analysis of the county to find the cause of occupational fatigue of township workers and the reasons for the study.The results show that W County township civil servants are in the middle level of job burnout level;W county township civil servants occupational burnout there are demographic variables difference;W county township civil service professional burnout causes are three levels: individual,organization,social.In view of the causes,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to resolve the occupational burnout of civil servants in W county.Based on the individual level,improve the professionalism,scientific design career planning,strengthen learning,improve the ability to work,establish a good interpersonal relationship;based on the organizational level,optimize the township government work environment,smooth participation and communication channels,the establishment of effective incentives,According to the social level,we will establish a reasonable expectation of the civil servants of the township,encourage the positive publicity to the civil servants of the township,and increase the social support to the civil servants of the townships.The civil servants of the township civil servants should be encouraged to improve the social welfare of the township civil servants.
