The speed of social development is getting faster and faster.Although people are in different jobs,the pace of work is getting faster and faster,and the pressure of work is constantly increasing,so there are many problems of job burnout.Burnout is not only a problem that affects individuals.In addition to causing personal psychological and health problems,it also affects the working atmosphere and interpersonal relationships of the company,thereby jeopardizing the interests of the company.Civil servants are the main staff of government departments,mainly exercising public power and managing public affairs.Therefore,the political literacy,working ability and moral level of civil servants will affect the management results of public affairs,and will also bring considerable benefits to the development of society.influences.Township civil servants are a relatively low-level group in the entire team.They are staff who directly handle township public affairs and are one of the most important forces for realizing government functions.As a grassroots worker,township civil servants need to have direct contact with the public,face the masses directly at work,and are often caught in a contradictory relationship at work.They are questioned and attacked by public opinion and the public,so they are prone to burnout.Case.Once occupational burnout occurs,not only the physical health and psychological quality of civil servants will be affected,but also the processing and management of government public affairs will be affected,which will damage the image of the government department and reduce the trust of the people in the government.Compared with male civil servants,the problem of female civil servants’ job burnout is more prominent,mainly because of their physical and psychological factors.Therefore,female civil servants’ job burnout has a high research value and is of great importance to our country’s public Transaction management also has strong practical significance.The research content of this article mainly includes: The first part is the introduction,which explains the research background,significance,ideas,content,methods,technical routes and innovations of this article,and combs and reviews domestic and foreign literature related to civil servants’ burnout;The second part is an overview of related theories.First,it defines the definition of female civil servants and job burnout,and then combs the related theories of job burnout;the third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of female civil servants in towns and towns.District P County,Chongqing City gave a brief introduction,and then formulated the research ideas,including case interviews and questionnaire surveys,and designed interview outlines and survey questionnaires.Pre-surveys were also conducted before the questionnaires were issued to verify the effectiveness of the questionnaire content and scale.Validation and feasibility were verified,and then a questionnaire was issued.The subjects of the survey were221 female civil servants randomly selected from 36 townships in P County.The data obtained through the questionnaire survey was then analyzed and the survey results were obtained;the fourth part is The manifestation and cause analysis of job burnout of female civil servants in villages and towns.First,analyze the influencing factors of job burnout through the data obtained from the questionnaire,and then analyze the manifestations of job burnout of female civil servants in towns and villages from the physical,psychological,and behavioral aspects,and then analyze the occupation from the aspects of individual,occupation,organization,society,and family.Causes of burnout;the fifth part is the countermeasures against job burnout of female civil servants in towns and villages.In response to the causes analyzed in chapter four,the countermeasures are put forward from individual,occupation,organization,society and family aspects;the sixth part is the conclusion and Outlook,summarizes the conclusions of this article,points out the shortcomings in the article,and looks forward to future research.This article uses a variety of methods such as literature research,in-depth interview,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.Through analysis,it is found that the problem of job burnout is common among female civil servants in townships of P counties.Some of the civil servants have been more serious,mainly reflected in serious emotional exhaustion,very low sense of achievement,and serious depersonalization..For township female civil servants,the main factors that cause their job burnout include physical condition,occupational characteristics,organizational environment,social environment and family,etc.Among them,the conflict between family and work is more prominent,which seriously disturbs women Civil servant.To solve the problem of female civil servants’ job burnout,it takes a long time.First of all,we must recognize the difference between female civil servants and male civil servants,find the key to solving this problem,and give female civil servants appropriate care in terms of key factors.To improve their job satisfaction,provide more opportunities for promotion,improve the fair assessment mechanism,and give female civil servants more care from work and life.
