This article focuses on the condition of township cadres job stress and job burnout, according to the existed theory, this paper is divided into three parts, working conditions, interpersonal relationship, organizational climate. Job burnout can be divided into four dimensions,work load excess, work autonomy, work reward and the sense of community. We made a preliminary study about township and village cadres’ job stress and job burnout problem in S city. We found that there is a widespread high township and village cadres at the grass-roots level of job stress and job burnout. Specifically, according to the S city, 323 township and village cadres of the questionnaire survey to the following conclusion:1. The pressure of work that has correlation to gender, age, marital status, level, working years was significant. Pressure of work and gender has significant positive correlation. Working pressure of marital status, age, level, working years, had significant negative correlation relationship.2. Genders, working years, interpersonal relationship have significant influence on work overload burnout perception. And job level, working conditions, the structure of the organizational climate have no significant effect on work overload burnout perception.3. Working years, organizational climate and structure, relationships have a significant effect on job autonomy. Genders, the level of work and working conditions have no significant impact on job autonomy.4. The working conditions, interpersonal relationship, organizational climate and structure have significant influence on working sense of community. Genders, the rank and years of work have no significant effect on working sense of community.5. The working conditions, interpersonal relationship, organizational climate and structure have significant influence on work reward. Gender, the rank and years of work have no significant effect on work reward.
