Research On The New Practice Of Rural Integration Of The Communist Party Of China (2005-2020)

Rural integration is the coordination of separate cities and rural areas by the political subjects of modern countries through the planning of strategic goals and the guidance of guiding ideologies,so as to maintain the consistency and integrity of the political community.The rural integration strategy runs through the overall planning and deployment of the party and the state.It is a dynamic process with different goals at different stages.Studying the historical stages of China's urban-rural integration can better understand how the Chinese Communist Party integrated the scattered rural society into the national system.This article selects the two major strategies of building a new socialist countryside and revitalizing the countryside as the analysis objects,and through studying their implementation,reveals how the Communist Party of China realizes the integration of the countryside.This article consists of four parts.The first part introduces the origin of the Chinese Communist Party's rural integration strategy.Since the reform and opening up,how to develop the separation of urban and rural areas has been the starting point for research.With the development of the economy,the gap between urban and rural areas has become larger and larger.The disparity in residents' income will bring about a series of problems,weaken the institutional identity of the ruling party,and coordinate urban and rural development to eliminate the separation of urban and rural areas,which requires realistic choices.The second part is the start of the rural integration strategy.First,it introduces the background and basic content of the new socialist countryside construction strategy.Second,it discusses the measures and implementation process of the new countryside construction.It has a positive impact on bridging the gap between urban and rural areas.However,this stage is still a preliminary advancement.A higher level of strategic support is needed.The third part elaborates on the deepening of the rural integration strategy,including the specific measures for the proposal and integration of the rural revitalization strategy.Building a well-off society in an all-round way is the ultimate goal of integration.After achieving this goal,how to promote urban and rural development is worth exploring.The last part is the sublimation of theory.Rural integration is an important part of national construction.The review of rural integration since the 20 th century explores how the ruling party has been organized to sink to the grassroots level in order to achieve the goal of integration.
