Research On The Response Limit And Optimization Strategy Of Digital Government Based On Interactive Big Data Of Government Affair

In the writing of the modernization of governance system and governance capacity,the development of government response needs the vision of modern government.Normative studies of classical theories frame the concept of "responsive government",which also proves that modern government response plays a crucial role in the public governance system.In the age of big data and information,digital technology and the Internet are introduced into the public sector,and digital government and e-government are born.They are transforming the traditional government response and creating new government response attributes,models and capabilities in the field of digital government.Based on the combination of classical theoretical concepts and specific historical background,the new performance and new capability of government response in the context of digital government can be explored.On the basis of constructing a fitting concept,the factors of response limitation can be analyzed in combination with big data in order to respond to the theoretical system of digital government governance.At the beginning of the study,literature integration law was used to sort out the conceptual factions of the research on the connotation of digital government.Based on the literature content,online interviews and policy texts,E-Gov was designed.Descriptive summary of development process and development model.On the basis of understanding the development status of contemporary digital government,this paper further analyzes the research on digital government response by combining the background,outputs three related research themes of "digital government and government response","responsiveness and responsiveness",and "response problem and optimization",and puts forward the theoretical analysis framework of digital government response.According to the result of integration of literature,theoretical analysis framework and online assessment,to study and put forward the concept of "digital government response to the limit",is the source of the concept and analytical thesis is derived,and line can be divided into response,the response performance and the ability to respond to three content,at the same time frame of digital government response to the limit of standard features,obligate gradual composite elastic,digital technology and modular structure properties were concluded,with reference to the four characteristics respond to the limit of three kinds of structure is put forward.In addition,combined with the relevant government interaction big data,the study collects,cleans,mines,analyzes and visualizes the big data with the help of programming language,and further provides empirical data or puts forward research exploration according to the results of the government interaction big data.Based on the qualitative and quantitative research results above,five factors and three mechanisms limiting the "response limit of digital government" are analyzed.Finally,combining the data analysis results and literature integration results,improvement strategies and optimization measures are proposed from the aspects of technology,system and concept to improve the response limit of digital government.
