Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Correction Work In Jiangbei District, Chongqing

After the establishment of the market economy system and China's accession to the WTO,people's living standards have improved significantly,and international exchanges have become increasingly frequent.However,the crime rate has also increased significantly,and the difficulty and complexity of social governance have also increased significantly.In this context,China has introduced the community correction system from the western developed countries.The development of community correction in China can be summarized as three stages: partial pilot,standardized operation and comprehensive spreading.After more than ten years of specific practice and academic exploration,the community correction work in China has achieved remarkable results,but also accompanied by a series
