| Community Correction is a way of enforcing criminal law different from the incarceration system,which first originated in the UK.China’s community corrections began in 2003 as a pilot at the national level,and after 20 years of efforts,China’s community corrections system has been developed significantly.However,due to the large disparities in the economic,social and cultural development of various regions in China,there is an uneven development of community corrections around the country.Community corrections in developed urban areas have formed their own model,but there are still more dilemmas in community corrections in the central and western regions,which becomes the key research direction of this paper.On this basis,this paper takes the community correction work in Huinong District as the research object,uses questionnaires,survey interviews and literature research,etc.On the basis of the theory of collaborative governance,it conducts in-depth research and analysis on the current situation and existing dilemmas of community correction work in Huinong District,elaborates the problems of community correction work in Huinong District in terms of grassroots institution setting,team building,management body articulation and social participation,etc.,and on the On the basis of theory and practice,countermeasures are proposed,hoping to provide reference for community correction work in Huinong and even in the northwest. |
