With the development of the socialist market economy and the acceleration of the process of urbanization,the status of urban communities in economic and social development has become more and more important.Community services have initially formed a situation where multiple entities participate,but community residents' needs for community services are increasing.The more,the higher the requirements.Therefore,in the new era,community services should not only focus on the adequate supply,but also earnestly understand the needs of the masses,make good use of the diverse subjects,and supply the needs of the masses,that is,to achieve the precise supply of community services.While youth groups are in a special stage of growth,they need more accurate services from the community.However,compared with other groups,it is difficult for adolescents to display their subjective initiative in the service process,and it is more difficult to provide precise services for youths.Take D community in Linyi City as an example to study youth Social work service projects that analyze the problem of precision services for young people can help the community to provide more accurate services.This study uses the analytical framework of collaborative governance,combing domestic and foreign literature,taking the social work service for youths in the D community of Linyi City as an example,collecting information through semi-structured interviews and participatory observation methods,and collecting information from the needs and service supply of community youths Starting from the status quo,it is analyzed that there is a situation of coordinated governance in the precision of community services has not been formed and the functions of participating subjects are not fully utilized.Under the guidance of collaborative governance theory,social workers mainly use practice such as linking external resources,precise collaborative behavior,and evaluating the consequences of collaboration.Process to solve these problems.Afterwards,it analyzes and discusses the effectiveness and practical experience of social workers' involvement in community service precision from the four aspects of external environment,participation motivation,collaborative process,and collaborative consequences,and studies the practical path of community service precision from the perspective of collaborative governance.Through the summary and reflection on the practical experience of social work,it is found that collaborative governance is an effective means for the precision of community services.To achieve precision of community services,there are specific path suggestions in the following aspects: First,strengthen service publicity in the external environment and establish The social participation mechanism is to strengthen the integrated management of resources;the second is to accurately identify the needs of young people to increase the willingness to participate in the motivation of participation,and to establish an incentive mechanism to increase the motivation for participation;the third is to improve the community coordination mechanism in the coordination process,provide diversified services,and strengthen management to achieve effective participation;the fourth is to improve the Supervise and evaluation system in terms of synergistic consequences.
