A Study On The Practice Dilemma Of MSW Students In Pension Institutions From The Perspective Of Cognitive Behavioral Theory

Due to the late start of social work major in China,the lack of professional social service institutions,and the personal factors of MSW interns,there are many problems in MSW students in China.Scholars have also explored the problems of MSW students,mainly studying the overall internship status of MSW students and the difficulties faced by MSW students' internship services in schools and hospitals.The author through the W home care service center,agency assistant,caregivers,the elderly,pension service and management students and had in this institution internship of the first four MSW students interview,understand MSW student internship,and then summarize the MSW students in W home care service center service problems.The author found that there are difficulties in MSW students to integrate into the pension institutions,insufficient diversified knowledge reserve,difficult to satisfy service,service fault,limited service autonomy,and lack of resources.Through the above work,the author of MSW students in the problems existing in pension institutions,after the author based on cognitive behavior theory analysis of the dilemma,finally the author according to the cognitive behavior theory,from students,schools,pension institutions,society and strengthen the cooperation put forward the corresponding solution,the author hope through this article can provide help for MSW students better internship in pension institutions.
